Good coffee, but packaging needs improvement
The espresso itself has a nice flavor and aroma, and I enjoyed the coffee once it was prepared. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. About five capsules arrived opened, and loose coffee grounds had spilled throughout the shipping box. I had to wash and clean the other capsules before using them.
I would enjoy purchasing these capsules again if the packaging were improved to prevent the capsules from opening during shipping.
